Our software systems and processes are designed to show them exactly what is happening, what we are doing for them and exactly where they stand. We pride ourselves on first-time fixes and having the expertise and parts on hand to get the job done.

Meeting Your Needs:

Your call is answered by one of our fully-qualified engineers at our control centre in Newry, Northern Ireland. The centre is equipped with state-of-the-art communication and response systems.

HTS engineers are on hand every minute of every day to receive your call and talk you through any relevant diagnostic procedures that will reveal - and, hopefully, solve - your equipment problem.

If a part is required, we will send it out immediately. We keep all parts on site and in our vehicles, so there is no delay having to order a part.

Should the problem need a site visit, we have our own team of highly trained callout engineers around the UK and Ireland. We never use sub-contractors; our engineers work exclusively for HTS. They arrive at your premises already briefed about the task, in one of our fleet of fully stocked vans.
We always aim for one-visit, first time problem resolution and have over 95% of all possible replacement parts in each van.

Our advanced software systems work not only for us, but help you, too. Details of each callout are sent to the engineer's PDA (personal digital assistant) or laptop. When you are satisfied, you sign off the work on the same system in real time, so the work done and the time it takes is always accurately monitored and recorded.
